At Raahi Parfums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrances.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return within 14 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and secure it in a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
